Beatrice Wanjiru Mutahi is an Associate in the Commercial, Conveyancing & Real Estate Department at our firm. She specializes in banking and finance law, property law, corporate law, legal compliance, business formations, and general commercial transactions. With a strong background in conveyancing, Beatrice has extensive experience in drafting and registering securities, leases, transfers, and other property-related documents. She also provides legal advice on corporate governance, data protection, and family law matters.
Beatrice has a proven track record of advising clients across various sectors, including banking, real estate, and corporate entities. Her expertise extends to negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, as well as conducting legal due diligence and policy research. She has been instrumental in setting up new entities, including companies and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and has advised on compliance with local and international legal frameworks.
Beatrice’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kabarak University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and is actively involved in professional organizations such as Young People in International Affairs.
